HERO or ZERO Bank Services

Arranged a meeting with a Private Wealth Banker to discuss moving portfolio from current private bank as their service is not good with another bank. Initially Mpho Ramatong setup meeting, very professional but then fell ill over weekend. At short notice Ludwe Kitsi stepped in and arranged a meeting on 1/6/2015. Full requirements discussed - all documents supp****, most pressing matter the financing of a small loan to purchase a new car for my wife. Already a client with RMB, so all checked out, vehicle finance application submitted to Wesbank (***). Spoke with L Kitsi early on 2/6/2015 and he undertook to revert ASAP. No further contact in spite of many efforts. Eventually phoned Wesbank call Centre and informed that the application failed the \affordability test"- ridiculous part is that we can buy the car cash! No explanation given"
