Here we go AGAIN.

The long and short of it.

April: I was retrenched so I app**** for Credit insurance on my personal loan.

May: Claim was approved, and was told that I have 6 months of relief. Come month end, debit order goes off. I complain, nothing happens.

June: Account is debited. Still no job, not UIF, no additional income. I lose my cool and write my first review here. FNB calls and apologizes. Refund is processed. Assured it wont happened again.

July: Debit order runs. Still no prospect of a job. No UIF. No TERS. No income. Literally have R4k to my name. In the process of selling my car to survive.

I email and get told my complaint is with FNB life, I will receive a call. That was on the 30th July. No call to received to date.

When my claim was approved, I suspected paper work to sign, but apparently they dont do that for this kind of thing. Clever little trick FNB.
