I am still waiting for the COVID 19 loan to be cancelled & off my profile. I received emails from Wenzile Masina stating feedback will be provided. Did Wezile ever follow up on the matter? Lesego Malatse sent an email to debt relief cancellations with absolutely no feedback. NO WONDER FNB IS SA's MOST COMPLAINED ABOUT BANK.
