here I go again!

I did a review yesterday, permanent loan department phoned me! This was a query for Temporary Loan department and got told that they would inform that department. Eventually me, the client phones to find out if they would ever bother phoning me back. I am at work so I can't exactly talk openly.

Your lady, Lavinia, in your department tells me I did apply for a personal loan and was rejected. I said yes that's right but that's not my query!! She says that I do not qualify for a temp loan and she is not going to say I do if I don't!! That's not my query again. I said we will see about that! And her tone like (sigh) and that is recorded! I guess I won't be hearing from either departments!
