Hendrina FNB ATM swallowed my money

On the 1st of July 2025 I went to Hendrina FNB ATM @ Pick n Pay to deposit money to a specific account, however after putting the money on the machine the transaction was unsuccessful and no deposit was made into the account. I was advised to go file for a claim to the nearest branch and I did exactly that, however, till to this day the money has not been deposited into the account. I have been making follow ups on my money but I am not getting any answers, it has been over 10 days now the money being swallowed by the machine and no communication from FNB on when I’m getting my money back.
