helpless client

Sent through all the documentation required to switch away from the bank and called this morning to confirm. They gave me the run around again and transferred me to 5 people. No one has any idea or understands the process. Everyone is giving me a different story. I fail to see how this is helping clients. You are literally pushing clients into another banks arms.
