helpless call center

on the the phone for 25 mins getting transferred to 5 different people just for somebody to clear my pay to clear and then the line drops and im right back to where are started. this FNB call center can never help me with anything i need done but i must say they very good at transferring from one wrong play to another till the line drops and then you have to call them back to go through the same process and your issue still wont be resolved.
