Helpful. Easy. Safe - All just spin!

For the second time in less than two years I have cause to rate FNB Fiduciary Services poorly for their Estate Administration. My mother's death was reported to FNB on 15th July 2022. By 1st September all required documents had been submitted to FNB Estate Administrators and all formalities, including a pointless 'interview', had been concluded. My sister and I frequently felt that the appointed administrator was toying with us as e-mails went unanswered for a week or more and 'interview' appointments were cancelled or brought forward at short notice. Nevertheless, we went in to the 'interview in a positive spirit, and asked only that communication on the progress in this estate be communicated to us regularly.

Subsequently, my e-mails of 31st October and 9th November have gone unanswered and two attempts to contact the administrator, Candice May, telephonically, leaving a message each time, have been unsuccessful. Contacting the apparent supervisor, Nastasja Pillay has been equally unsuccessfull.

Mum's estate has disappeared down a black hole and I have no way of escalating the matter except through Hello Peter.
