Help You for What? Bulls eye on ur forehead

My Name Is Mbali Mbuqe, I have had resort to this channel as a form of communication since all avenues have been exhausted. IOn the 25th April I withdrew an amount of 10k from the Woodmead FNB Branch at approximately 2:45 - 3:15 on at 3:40 - 3:45 when i was on my drive way a C class parked behind the car i was in and 2men jumped out and at gun point violently took the money i had withdrawn. with the confusion at that moment i tried to think who new about the me going to the branch and realised that the only person could be the teller. Suspecting the teller who helped me i went back to the branch the following day accompanied by a General manager of a telecommunications giant in Asia i went to enquire if they might be able to find out through visual footage if i might have been set up. only to find that An Operations Manager at the Branch by the name of Rylan Govender would assist in looking into the footage and discovering that there was an individual who had been in the bank and when i walked in payed attention to me as i went to the teller section. not knowing that they call them spotters i reported the matter to the police the very same day it happened and also submited a request of the subpoena to get the visual footage. but the fact that FNB is not taking any initiative to get this issue resolved even after i had reported and they had been made aware of the whole insecure environment due to not having access controlled entry. the words i received from the ***** and risk department is there is nothing we can do. the words i received from the Branch manager at woodmead is there is nothing we can do. I find it very difficult to understand when one has the "duty of Care" resulting from the transactional relationship you cant do anything while i was ****** and sustained a sturb wound from the incident by individuals that were in the branch sitting and no one attending to them looking at people transact and escort them, you cant do anything. I expect the branch to be the safest place. looking back at the whole incident this could have been avoided considering that FNB has the visual footage they are already a step ahead in the investigation process. but they cant assist. this is pethetic and i believe they since they have had about 3-4 similar incidence in the same branch in the past 4months this is negligence. i will not be able to do transactions in a place i dont deem safe its more like you walk in with a bullseye in the branch when you come to withdraw. people need to know that they are not safe and that FNB does not do anything as per employees and will not do anything should anything happen to you maybe a corps need to come out first at the branch before they take it seriously that the branch has people who are ********* walking in at free will like in my instance. Put this to the test walk in and dont transact just sit down, and see how long it will take consultance at the woodmead branch to enquire whether do you need any assistance. this will prove that ********* have that much freedom in the woodmead branch.
