Help with Paypal

My children work for a Vietnamese company and gets paid through Paypal. Its been a long long 3 month battle to try and get the funds. Why?????????????? FNB cant help they are just as useless. Can some one please please contact us and help us sort this out. Because now they have to open a Business account according to FNB. please this is their only income, I'm the only breadwinner at the moment, and i cant keep this up anymore. we need to resolve this urgently.
