Help with high bank fees

My account was downgraded to a easy account because I can't afford the high bank fees yet my account stll has a negative balance of over 300 in bank fees fnb I can not afford such a high amount at all and I don't know what to do as I want to make ues of my bank account but this high negative balance of bank fees showing is affecting me form using my account
