Help with Debit order ****s called Tracker

Dear FNB, I need you to come through for me here please!! I have been your loyal customer for the past 13 years. From Easy account right up to Private clients. There is a company called Tracker, who has been debiting my account unauthorized every month for the past 6 months and every month I have to reverse & block this month they did a show! First it was an amount of R344.99 on the 24th August 2025 and this morning (30 August 2025) I woke up to another debit order of R850.91. The crazy thing is these amounts do not appear on my debit order list so I can't dispute them. Why is this company allowed to go into my account and dip all sorts of amounts without any approval or written consent? Does this mean I have to close my account which I have had for the past 13 years to get away from this pure ****gery. I contacted the secure chat and was informed that on Sundays they can reverse debit orders
