Help pls
We simply can’t get through. My husband has been trying the whole of last week to move a debit order but can’t get through. We sent a secure message and all they say is call this number but with no luck. Then last week someone called him to ask if he wants to take a top up on his loan, which he said no to.... but after consideration decided that he actually want to do take it but can’t get through.... he has been on hold for an hour. 30 Jul 2019, 13:28We are still waiting for the person who contact my husband to move his debit order date to contact send him a blank email so that he can respond with his new date..... and now everything else is on hold cause this person has not sent te mail yet PLS PLS sort this out.
