RE: REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE REGARDING ESTATE OF THE LATE S DORAN Ref No. ***

Could FNB please assist us, as the executors, with several outstanding matters relating to the estate of the late S Doran (Ref No. ***)?

On 27 May 2026, we submitted a number of queries to FNB Fiduciary regarding the administration of the estate. To assist with the finalization of the estate, could you please advise whether any of the five queries raised in that correspondence have been resolved?

If so, we would appreciate receiving the available information in the interim, including, for example, the requested bank statements and clarification regarding the eBucks account.

In addition, on 3 June 2026 we responded by email to Ms Williams of FNB Fiduciary regarding the additional documentation that had been requested. As we have not yet received a reply, we remain uncertain as to whether this matter has been resolved. Could you please provide an update on the status of this issue as well?

We would appreciate your assistance and look forward to hearing from you. I tried ringing the 087 Fiduciary number several times but to no avail.
