HELP NEEDED TO STOP DEBIT ORDER AND PAYMENT RELIEF

Good day FNB, I am not a huge earner, but I am a big fan till recently to FNB, i always spoke highly of the service and told people how wonderful the app is and online banking is, but last year I asked FNB for assistance during a trying time, to help me reduce the instalments or hold some bank charges because my husband lost his job and I was not managing, which I did not receive assistance. Now I app**** for payment holiday for my loans and overdraft. I also called today and no surprise that you cannot assist me with stopping my nedbank debit orders x2. The reason i need it stopped is because Nedbank offered me the payment holiday but the debit order was already loaded and they could not reverse it quick enough, now it keeps debiting my account and I get charged fees for unpaid debit, plus I dont want the payment to go off because as mentioned I requested a payment holiday - because the cars bought was to be used for taxify and now we unable to get drivers for 2 months. I will appreciate help and assistance with the issues mentioned , it would be awesome for your staff or agents to call me about this, I do get calls offering me new products like life insurance and funeral policies , but this I would appreciate alot Thanks Desiree Laldeo - *** )
