HELP NEEDED - NO ONE CAN HELP

As we all know the lockdown has affected us all with regards to our financial status. My personal loan was in arrears and I paid the arrears amount yesterday (27.07.2020), this morning when my salary came in they deducted two debit orders to a personal loan, which I am assuming is the one already paid, but the amounts deducted is not the same as the arrears amount. Anyways, been trying to figure out why the debit orders went off, the secure chat on my banking app is of no use as they cannot help me, I must phone in. Requested that they phone me (as I do not have funds to call - again lockdown). I just need to know what debit orders went off, why it went off, does it needed to be refunded.... but no one seems to be able to help me.
