Help needed

I heard really good things from friends of mine that's with fnb. I have this problem. Don't really think you guys can help but it's worth a try. I have a offer to purchase a house in stonehill Ravensmead. The property is worth R1,5m but we getting it for R1m. The problem is we can't get a home loan. My wife and I tried everything. Together we earn R15000 a month. The owner of the property is my father in law. The reason he wants to sell us the house is due to him getting old and he wants to sort this out as soon as possible. He wants to give us a head start and that's why he will be paying off our debt from the money he receives from the home loan so that the only debt we have is the home loan.
