Help me to obtain Paid Up letters for Credit Card and Personal Loan

I need help to obtain an urgent paid up letter for my FNB Credit card and Direct Axis personal loan administered by FNB as I have settled both accounts.

I am under debt review and my debt counsellor deducted the amount to be paid to the two accounts this morning and in order to instruct the debt counsellor to divert the monies for two accounts to another account I will need the paid up letters. If I do not get the paid up letters there is a risk that the debt counsellor will continue paying the two accounts even though they are settled and refund process will take another week or two to be finalized.

Please assist me in getting the paid up letters for FNB Credit card and the Personal Loan urgently.
