Help me to get my business Card

Im experiencing a problem ordering business card on the app due to service forever unavailable, i then went to online banking but still im unable to complete an order due to error invalid branch number after i entered OTP, what is wrong with that ? I need someone from business department to call me and fix this error for me. I need to use this card as soon as possible.
