Help me sort my credit record

Good day;<br> <br> I have learnt that I now have a judgement against my name for unpaid credit card. While busy trying to solve the issue with FNB, a judgement was granted against me. I lost my job, had no money to pay the credit card and filed to open have the FNB insurance pay since i was retrenched. That did not happen, instead i got a call from the lady who rudely asked me why i did not pay, and told me she is blacklisting me?? My question is why did i need to pay for the credit card insurance IN CASE I WAS retrenched and when retrenched there's a judgement on my name? If you can please remove all the charges i paid over the years and i will pay the rest of the debt, because i don't see why i had to pay if you refuse to pay when i need it. Please assist.
