Help me recover my money from FNB home-loan ******

Please help me recover my money from these ******?

I have been paying FNB home loans without fail via my debt reviewer for two years now. Meanwhile at the same time FNB home loans kept debiting me on my other cheque account. Meaning I have been paying them twice for the same item. Now they promised to reverse all transactions went through on my other cheque account, and stop future debits on it, and I trusted them to do the right thing. but later realized that I have actually been taken for the ride. Problem is when it is turnaround time for them to do good on their promise, their customer services department frustrates the process. When I ask why, they put me through various consultants in different departments, i.e. collections, debt review, legal department, etc.. just to wear me our. They even told me my home-loan account has got funds available for me to borrow from if I really need money. I refused, I just need them to reverse all debits they had done on my other cheque account. I tried all I possibly could on my side to help them rectify their presumable error and they chose to send me from pillar to post, they played and wore me out, may be because I am a woman. I am at my wits end, so please help me recover my money from these ******.
