HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

Again (!!!!!!!!!!) beyond frustrated with FNB! All I want to do is link my PayPal to my Std Bank account. I don't want the FNB app! I can't get the useless Fnb website to link to my PayPal. Out of desperation, I eventually made a booking to see a FNB consultant and went into a branch. - and lo and behold, there is no record of my appointment. When I eventually got to see someone, she asked for my laptop to see my online banking. What???? Why would I bring in my laptop??? After TWO years of trying to link PayPal, I am still stuck! Now I can't get a human on the line through the call centre. What a joke!
