Help me pay you!!

I have a credit card with FNB and i need an updated statement to completely pay the full amount. The problem is I am in NZ and don't have the app anymore. I contacted them via email and they tell me to call the number (which is going to cost me alot) or contact them via the app, but I told them i dont have access to the app! I just want the total and the account details that i need to pay the money in to and they can even send it to my email address they have on the system. Come on!! I understand security is a big worry but i need help here. Even Capitec has a way you can do a video call with them so why doesn't FNB have something similar?
