HELP ME CLOSE MY SHARE SAVER ACCOUNT

I managed to open the Share Saver on the app but I can't seem to understand why i don't have any access or control on the account last Friday i sold some shares but i cant see anything or any movements i cant withdraw neither close this account i dont have anything to conclude. From all i read online and on the Hellopeter site with this FNB Share Saver investment Im very insecure to continue with it. NO GROWTH, NO CONTROL ONLY SCARY STORIES OF LOSS AND BROKERIES *****ING THE MONEY. Please FNB with respect due to you i want to close and withdraw my money from Share Saver as soon ASAP.
