HELP ME. Before they say the tape is no more.

02 Dec 2022 I was depositing money then load shedding just after inserting it and the ATM went off. I went inside immediately and was asked which mc I used+How much+ to which acc. She said they will check the atm I can come back after 7days. Later in Dec She said I must bring the receite she gave me, I asked what info is on it that is not on the email she sent that day . Back on the 03, said they did not find the money they will fone and double check . Again back there on 13 &19 nothing new same old questions. I asked them to check the Cameras,the supervior had excuses even on the 3 Feb they promise to call me after another check is done. No call till now. What must I do now???
