Help get rid of this homeloan I don't know of

FNB authorized and processed a home loan under my name.this was discovered recently as I pulled my ITC record. Contacted the call center and a withdrawal letter was sent. However this loan still appears in my name as an existing loan. What kind of ***** is this,I can't even apply for anything because of this debt I can't account for. I spent so many years trying to keep my credit score at a good rate,I really can't accept this.

This is ***** ,worse this house was purchased...... Now I can't get my own home loan ,banks are declining me because a so called home loan made with FNB, I don't even sign any documents to accept this. Why are you doing to poor citizens like me.
