HELP DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT

The courier service used to deliver is pathetic - I am still waiting for my credit card and have yet to speak to a competent person who does more than reading from the system. I have spoken to 4 different people and still do not have a resolution on when my card will be delivered. Should I be cancelling this card due to the fact that I don't have it and it is expiring????????????????????? I'm wasting my airtime and have been on hold for 10 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!
