Help clsoe account

I've been trying countless times to get my normal Easy Account closed because I don't need it anymore because I'm using my Islamic my account so I don't need the normal Easy Account ending in 74282 this account is now accumulating bank fees please help me to close my normal Easy Account not my Islamic easy account
