Help closing account

I have been trying for months to close my private client's account ending in 52762 because I can't afford the bank fees my account has a negative balance of over 900 because you people are refusing to help me close the account I've went to three different branches this past few months the one tells me they have a power failure the other branch instead of helping me close the account try to convince me to keep the account the 3rd branch didn't even want to help me or acknowledge my presence my income is very very low in can't afford to pay such high amounts that's why I need this account close as soon as possible because the fees are just increasing
