Help.

I made a withdrawal of R3000 and the money never came out. I made a report at the same branch on the 3rd of May and was told to wait while they investigate for 7 working days. 2 weeks later I went to the branch today and was told the money balanced on their side so now I must give them a day to check their cameras. The sad part is that I had to drive there and they could not report this by phone or email. I'm so disappointed with their services and want my money back.
