Help

I have been paying for Roadside assistance or that's what I've been told for not sure how long to an amount of R33 per month. I want to stop it as it has not been of any use to me. And now no one can assist me. It's very frustrating when the app is of no use as I have a new device and it wants me to use my old device to verify things. Point of new device is the fact that old device is broken. So how do you expect me to do this? I'm beyond frustrated with FNB and as you can see have 2 problems that somehow cannot be resolved by anyone online or on the phone.
