Hellopeter the FNB accounts manager?

On the 23rd I wrote a hellopeter "review" about FNB's claims that they can't process a payment due to missing documents which were provided. Fair enough shortly after the team investigated the payment was processed. On the 28th a request was sent to both the forex and customer support team requesting information since the service provider still hasn't received the payment. No response of course.

Does FNB only respond to hellopeter complaints?
