Helloooooo.....

So, last week a made a complaint against FNB for not getting back to me. Ten minutes later I had a response! I was truly impressed. I rep**** to their response, asked some questions and here we are once again. I have yet to get a reply to my email to Miss Laurelene Vermeulen, dated 26th August. It is now 18h30 on the 30th August. I give up....
