Hello FNB Card, anybody there!!!

Seeking assistance from FNB Card is pointless! They don't acknowledge queries, let alone providing feedback. Numerous emails have been sent through to them, but there must be a big black hole in their systems, as you don't get feedback. In such a tough market place, one would think that the bank would want to retain its customers and not give them a reason to migrate to a bank who will actually provide a service. This particular review is only applicable to the non-existent FNB Card division.
