Please advise regarding the pending funds/duplicate Amazon transaction of +/- R155 and R18 in my account as stated on my hellopeter complaint, I did also send x 3 emails regarding this. The funds have been pending and one duplicate since 10 July. Please see the email communication and attachments to said communication. I contacted Amazon and they gave me a reference number saying that this was the banks error.
