Hello...?

<p>Is there anyone at FNB that can live up to your promise to help? I became a victim of online ***** last week Sunday.. followed all the FNB channels.. gave Fnb a call at my expense.. Canceled my card.. ordered a new card.. FNB deliverd to the wrong branch by the way.. again inconvenienced, but why would you care.. Then Logged a query after that on FNB online.. and still no reply almost 7 days later after the response said I will get feedback within 48 hours..? After the 48 hours have past.. I logged a new query.. still nothing? I have lost complete trust in this brand.. broken promise after broken promise!! Change you moto to " FNB.. how can we not help you" or "FNB.. we will help you when we want to" I wonder if I'd stop paying my car if they would also forget about my existence. I need my card.. I need my money that you failed to protect by C.O.B tomorrow!</p>
