HELD HOSTAGE BY FNB

It is with a sad heart that I have to resort to this form of communication after being held hostage by FNB.
Backstory: I completed my KYC (Know your Client) for our trust on 16 September 2015 and got a written confirmation from the mandated person that all was in order.
Imagine my surprise when my accounts were frozen, leaving my business and by extension my family unable to buy basics yesterday.
They say my KYC is incomplete and i had to jump through hoops after sitting in the bank for 5 and a half hours I did not get anywhere but got told to resubmit documents FNB has lost.

All documents were submitted at 9am this morning but due to a backlog in FNB's pathetic systems i am still locked out of my accounts and NO ONE will answer me as to what is happening, The Specialist Consultants at KYC Division ( Specialist Consultant = Call center Agent) say i have to wait and there is no one else to talk to or find out anything from. Is anyone at FNB willing to actually help?
