Held hostage at garage because FNB freeze account for no reason

FNB sent me an SMS (there was no prior correspondence or request for info) to tell me one of my accounts was frozen, with no reference to which account. I immediately called Private Clients and was told someone would call me,7 days later I am still awaiting a call. The following morning at 07h28 I sent all my FICA to the email address on the SMS. 6 days later I filled up the car with petrol and was told the petrol card was rejected. 35 minutes on the phone and nobody could tell me why the payment was rejected and I was promised someone would call back. Still waiting. I was held hostage on the forecourt until someone could bring me my wallet from home so I could use my credit card to pay. Do FNB KYC have any concept of the embarrassment their incompetence causes
