Held hostage and utter incompetence

I refer to my previous review a month ago

After my first review the bank reposed but now I get shunted from one dept to another instead of solutions

My fixed deposit cannot be transferred to my bank because I don’t have a transactional account at FNB

Again I am being held ransom this is such utter incompetence at every level

Avoid this bank at all costs if you value your investment and gredom
