Held Funds

I’m so frustrated and unhappy with FNB, I reported an issue about my account being held since March and I was asked to provide an alternative bank account by the investigator on the case, which I did since April but I haven’t gotten my money up till now and I really need my money. I have been sending emails and no one is responding to me since April.
