HELD CAPTIVE BY FNB

I don't know what else I must do to get my accounts closed at FNB. My accounts are on hold due to FICA requirements, and regardless of how many times I have submitted the requested information and of how many people and PRIVATE BANKERS I've spoken to, I simply get NO RESPONSE.

FNB is not the bank it used to be when I joined 17 years ago. They won't see me again.

Thanks. However, still no solution on this matter... One would think that they would try and keep clients, but they must be making enough money to not care about the ones they are losing...
