Held at an FNB brand from 5-7:00 because managers refused to resolve my case

I was held at FNB Phalaborwa like a ***** from 4:30 to 7:00 pm. Simply because FNB employees value themselves over their clients. My business account was handed over to Rossouw attorneys after paying R3000 they instructed me to go and reactive my account at the branch. I get at FNB Phalaborwa I’m told there is no such. I was questioned for over 2 hours yet I had all the proof. I cannot blame the Phalaborwa ladies they did their due diligence. Ernest who is my business banker from SouthDale is the one who refused to assist me blatantly because he does not understand their own policies and his duties. He showed no empathy and was not even willing to understand. I demand my account to be revoked from that pathetic man. Even the Phalaborwa business manager had better ways to handle my account than what he did. I will definitely take this further
