Held account

My Business Account has been placed on hold for a few days now, i have called almost all business departments, Business and *****. They say the account is held by Business risk, the number for this risk department doesn’t work. I have also went to the branch and we couldn’t get through to that number. I need to know whats going on, i am expecting payments and i will need to pay suppliers.
