Exceptional service from Heinrich van Biljon today. He went over and above his call of duty to assist and talk me through a process that took a lot of his time. As business development manager, FNB PayPal, he singlehandedly restored my faith. Once in a while you encounter someone who does that much extra and with such a great attitude.
