Heartless banking institutions.

I have been banking with FNB woodmead for over 15 years. I have a current account opened by me and a savings pocket account opened by FNB. The bank puts funds from my current account into the pocket savings account . When I tried to access my funds from the saving accounts they refused to give me my money stating that I had a past issue with Nedbank. When I enquired Nedbank informed me that more than ten years ago someone attempted to use my details to obtain a loan. I have contacted both FNB and Nedbank imploring them to resolve the issue as I am 71 years old and need to use my money to have an operation. FNB sent me a message that they would come back to me within 24 to 48 working hours. That was 144 hours ago and not a peep. Nedbank also said that they would come back to me. Also nothing. So I was not able to go for my operation. I don't understand how these institutions are so heartless and ***********. FNB takes funds every month from my current account and puts it into a savings account created by them. Yet they refused to give me my money back in order that I can save my life. Anyone reading this article please don't bank with these heartless institutions. Go to one of the smaller more intimate banks. If I die from not being able to access my money and not being able to be operated on, then I want everyone to know what happened.
