Heartless and greedy bank

Submitted a claim with FNB life for our bond for October and November 2020. My husband wasn't earning a salary. End of November he was retrenched and received a small payout. FNB wont payout the claim because he received retrenchment money which we have to live on until he finds a job. FNB indirectly says we dont care about your food and that you have to feed your children. You have to pay your bond. What a bunch of heartless greedy people.
