Heartfelt service

We recently lost our mother, we had no money to bury her and we were hoping to get some of the money in her account, we went to the branch with my sister to ask and we were assisted by Sisiphosethu from Grahamstown, she advised me to go to the high court and get authority letter and when we got it, she helped us with claims and we were able to bury my mother with the funeral plan from FNB. If we never got help from here we wouldn't have been able to bury our mother with dignity and respect. I can't thank you enough for the help and dedication you given me and my sister in our time of need. I'm truly grateful for such service.She became a shoulder to cry on and whenever I go to FNB I wanted her to help, she gave us more than customer service
