Heartbroken client

I think it is so unfair that our banks cannot help us get money back from providers who **** us. The bank has given service providers so much power over our accounts that service providers can put blocks on unauthorized debit orders just because we as customers authorize debichecks - we have no control over being misled now I must go to police stations instead of my bank helping me reverse the money.
