Heart transplant for real

I've been trying to do a transfer since Saturday. To date I still can't. Yesterday I wrote to their customer service and 2 different people sent an email saying they can't get hold of me. The 1st one was correct but I gave my number to the 2nd one and they said they tried calling of which is a lie because I had my phone the whole day and since then they have decided to ignore my emails. I can't even send a message on the app. Nothing not even transfer from one account to the next. You could swear am asking for a new heart.
