FNB consultants contacted me to sell their Health Cash Plan in Dec 2020 and I was told that if I have the similar that will be replaced by this one there will be no waiting period I'll be covered immediately. I then cancelled my STD Hospital Plan that I had for years as it was paying less than what FNB will be paying and sent all documents to them to capture and they have also sent the welcoming letter.

I got admitted to hospital and when I claim they keep rejecting my claim. I am so disappointed on FNB has misleaded, false advertised their Product Andile ended losing and could not get what they have promised me as their client.

I will definitely not advise any of my friends, family and kids to use FNB anymore and I'm also going to cancel my accounts with them
